Crispa performs well under the pressure and fast pace of the restaurant and deli kitchen for the following reasons:
- It has an anti oxidant which slows down the rate at which oil deteriorates, thus helping your oil to last longer
- It contains an anti foaming agent which reduces the incidence of dangerous oil spills
